Prices also include all travel costs (except Zone C).
Multiple day prices below include accommodation and out of hours meals.
We offer 4 hours and 9 hours on site prices. We can provide bespoke quotes if you wish.

SINGLE DAY BOOKINGS

MULTIPLE (CONSECUTIVE) DAY BOOKINGS

Price per day for 2 or 3 consecutive days (max 2 nights away).
Contact for bespoke quote for over 3 consecutive days.
Includes accommodation costs & all meals, as well as travel (except Zone C)
(Discounts available if some/all food and/or accomodation provided)

# Prices return to Single Day booking prices for each day if we are able to return to our base each night.
^ For Zone A we rarely need to travel the day before or after a booking.
If we do need to travel the day before or after for Zone A then its the Zone A+ travel day rate.

All prices exclude VAT, and assume a 10% non-refundable deposit paid at time of booking.
2% discount off balance due when payment cleared in our account by electronic transfer within 3 business days of the event (Not Special Offers).
We no longer accept cheques for payment - except by special arrangement. £3 processing surcharge added for each cheque. Payments preferred by electronic bank transfer, thanks.
Booking only confirmed when deposit received and cleared.

Written quotes (by email) valid for length of time described in email, usually 14 days.
Prices are for Monday to Friday. Bank Holidays & Saturdays Above Ratecard + 15%.
Balance due within 7 working days of booking. 3% surcharge for late payment.
30 days terms extended only to 'previously paid-on-time twice' existing clients.
Sundays booked by special arrangement. 11 hours max worktime in any one day.
'Each Extra Hour' charge is levied as soon as each next hour starts after 9 hours completed.
Maximum 4 days consecutively for any one booking.
Paid rest break required after every 4 hours operation (9hrs = 4hrs on, 1hr off, 4 hours on)
Cancellation fees apply:
7+ days before : Deposit, 3-6 days before : £85 ex VAT,
2 days before : £120 ex VAT, The day before : £185 ex VAT, On the day : Full price
